I used Crumb Cake, Raspberry Ripple and Early Espresso Card Stock and Ink for this card.I used the new 1 1/4" Scallop Circle Punch to create the 3D flowers and the Fancy Fan Embossing Folder. I did Shimmer the entire card and add Sparkle to the flowers with Dazzling Details.
